2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Shawarma Marinade

¼ tsp black pepper

8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or even angel hair)
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup plain yogurt or sour cream (for creaminess)
½ cup reserved pasta water (as needed)
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional but adds richness)
2 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish
