Bourbon Vanilla Banana Ice Cream (Non-Dairy)

Easy Non-Dairy Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 ripe bananas

  • Trader Joe’s Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste

  • Coconut Milk

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into coins.

  2. Place them in a container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours (or overnight).

  3. Once frozen, blend the banana slices, a small amount of coconut milk and Vanilla Extract in a food processor or high-speed blender.

  4. Scrape down the sides as needed and keep blending until smooth and creamy.

  5. Serve immediately as soft-serve, or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.

Flavor Variations:

  • Chocolate: Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and a splash of plant milk.

  • Peanut Butter: Blend in 1 tbsp peanut butter.

  • Berry Swirl: Add ½ cup of frozen berries.

  • Matcha: Add 1 tsp matcha powder for an earthy, energizing treat.
